Steven Rosenberg is an award winning photo editor and photojournalist at the Chicago Tribune helping to lead their nationally recognized staff of photojournalists.
With expertise in news, sports, features and long-term projects for both print and web/digital platforms, Steven is committed to a creative and collaborative team approach across the newsroom. His roles during a 15-plus year career at the Chicago Tribune include assignment editor, photo bureau chief, metro photo editor and nation/world photo editor. He is a point person on testing, training and implementing content management systems across Tribune Publishing’s newsroom. Steven has also been a point person in recruiting talent for the Tribune’s internship and residency programs for the photo department.
Steven is a graduate of Ohio University’s School of Visual Communication with a degree in journalism, and has worked in newsrooms across the midwest as both a photographer and photo editor. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, he currently resides in the Chicago area with his wife and daughter.
